It is claimed to offer significant cost and weight savings while maintaining the dimen- sional stability required for a perfect seal against the engine block. The show will see the global premiere of Trexel’s T-100 Series SCF (Super Critical Fluid) Delivery System, which is dscribed as a state-of-the-art gas deliv- ery and dosing system. The system is specifically designed for small shot size moulding applications of < 140gr. / 5oz. Small injection moulded parts are typi- cally used in complex mecha- nisms, electrical connectors or other applications requiring a high level of precision. Visitors will also be able to see demonstrations of MuCell technology in action on a number of other manu- facturers’ stands.
