After an hour’s travel from Ahmedabad city centre we met for a scheduled interview with Mr Ashutosh Gandhi, Managing Director of Ahimsa Industries. Ahimsa has developed a busi- ness specialising in the production of preforms in small units for brands outside the realms of the multinational bottlers.
