This is where technologies and equipment play a key role. PET Technologies installed and integrated its automatic stretch blow moulding machine APF-6004 with the output 6,000bph for up to 2l with the filling line of the European provider. The customer has chosen this solution due to the need to produce nine formats from 0.5l to 1.5l. According to Bear Beer representative, they have chosen this blower due to its technical features: easy control and maintenance, low rejection rate, intensive heat- ing system with IR lamps and eight temperature regulation zones with independent deactivation to form bottles with original shape.
