The company, which was founded in 2015, has been exporting strongly to foreign markets for some time, we were told. Various moulds are already in use in North and South America, some Maghreb states and within Asia. The areas of application range from beverage applications to milk and edible oil products to food and non-food segments. In addition to hot and cold halves, stack and hot runner parts are also offered. “We rely on reputable sources for our products,” explained Mr Louis He. In manufacturing, for example, the steel would come from ASSAB and the heating element and nozzle tip is imported from European companies. The current portfolio include moulds with up to 96 cavities, each with energy-optimised, individual voltage regulation and up to 5 million closing cycles, according to New Thinking Mould.
