Company Profile

Founded in 1993 the Czech company VBF s.r.o. (Ltd.) focuses on the design and production of blow moulds for plastic containers and technical mouldings. Today VBF takes a leading role on the Czech market and has extended it‘s group of regular customers abroad.

VBF‘s core business is a complex of customer services from moulding development, connected with preparation of documentation and 3d models to design and production of moulds.

The narrow specialization combined with appropriate experience with mould design and production enables VBF to satisfy most demanding projects for high-performance automatic machines.

State of the art software is used to generate drawing documentation and 3D models resulting in products of exact volumetric calculation, bottle stability analysis and moulding shape optimization.
