bio!PAC conference on biobased materials for packaging

Packaging does not necessarily need to be made from fossil-based plastic materials. Biobased plastics can have a key role to play in this respect.

That’s why the leading publication bioplastics magazine and Green Serendipity are now organising the 3rd edition of bio!PAC – the international conference on packaging made from biobased materials.

Experts from all over the world and all areas of biobased plastics will present their latest developments. The conference will not only cover innovative biobased plastics and packaging applications but also disposal options (end-of-life scenarios) will be discussed as well as the availability of agricultural land for material use versus food and feed.

The bio!PAC 2019 conference is intended for the worldwide packaging industry for both food and non-food packaging. The 2-day conference will be held on 28 and 29 May 2019, in Düsseldorf, Germany.
