Dino Chece appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Serac group
A general meeting of Serac companies was held on September 27. At the end of the general meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr Jean-Jacques Graffin as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Dino Chece as Chief Executive Officer of the Serac group. He succeeds Wilfrid Marie who was, until that date, the President of the Group’s Board of Directors.
As CEO, Chece develops the corporate vision and strategy, works closely with the Business Unit Managers to implement the overall business development strategy and aligns marketing messages within the group. Dino Chece joined Serac in January 2019 as President of Serac Inc.
