Ho.Bag Corporate announces the acquisition of SR Packaging Consultants
SR Packaging Consultants is now part of Ho.Bag Corporate, the Italian manufacturer and distributor of comprehensive packaging solutions for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and herbal industries. The strategic move fits in with the growth plans in the Italian and European markets.
“Packaging plays an essential role in the marketing mix for brands today and the cosmetic industry is experiencing substantial growth. With the acquisition of SR Packaging Consultants, we’re aiming to bolster our presence in the Italian and European markets, while complementing our production plant with its facilities in order to expand our range of products and provide our customers with superior items and prompt, comprehensive service,” stated Ho.Bag Corporate Srl’s CEO Andrea Spina when he unveiled the plans to acquire SR Packaging Consultants in March 2023.
Just six months later, the Veneto-based company has announced that the merger by absorption has been completed. It is regarded as an important step that will boost and step up the pace of the activities that are already underway in support of its internationalisation strategy, according to the cmpany.
