Pulsed light and UV decontamination
Claranor – Hall 8 | Booth 309
Claranor will present its advanced solutions in pulsed light and UV packaging decontamination, specifically designed for thebeverage market. Visitors can discover six machines, each tailored to meet different needs. The company offers a range of three cap decontamination machines that are claimed to be compact, efficient and, above all, easy to integrate into a filling line.
Inncap Essential
The Inncap Essential has been developed as an economical solution, ideal for low- to medium-speed lines, with a capacity of up to 18,000 bph. It offers producers of slower-filling lines an efficient, cost-effective decontamination process through Claranor’s pulsed light technology, outperforming UV systems and lowering the total cost of ownership (TCO).
Inncap Evolution and Hispeed
Claranor’s ultra-clean cap decontamination equipment Inncap Evolution and Highspeed is designed for high-speed lines, supporting capacities of up to 100,000 bph. It can handle all types and sizes of closures efficiently at these speeds.
Fullcap
The Fullcap system is designed for both sports and flat caps, decontaminating the inner and outer surfaces at speeds of up to 120,000 bph, depending on the required level of decontamination. It ensures an extended shelf life of over 60 days (ESL > 60 days). This compact and economical alternative to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) tunnels is suitable for both sensitive refrigerated products and acidic aseptic applications.
