TetherSafe recognised as finalist in five categories at the 2025 PIDA awards
Caps & Closures announced that its packaging solution TetherSafe has been named a finalist in the 2025 Packaging Innovation & Design Awards (PIDA). TetherSafe has received recognition across five categories, underscoring its contributions to sustainable and functional packaging.

TetherSafe is designed to offer a secure, tamper-evident, and tethered cap system that enhances user convenience while supporting global sustainability initiatives. Engineered to meet emerging regulatory requirements for tethered closures, TetherSafe is claimed to ensure greater recyclability and to minimise plastic waste, fostering a more circular economy.
The PIDA Awards celebrate innovation and packaging design excellence, acknowledging solutions advancing sustainability, accessibility, usability, and branding. The winners will be revealed at the prestigious PIDA Awards Gala Ceremony on May 6 at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, NSW. The 2025 PIDA Awards will be hosted as part of the biennial Australasian Packaging Conference from May 6–7, bringing together packaging professionals from across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia to discuss the latest industry advancements and challenges.
