United Caps strengthens executive team
United Caps is reinforcing its Executive Leadership Committee with two key executive appointments. With these strategic hires, the company aims to strengthen its market position, expand its global presence, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Alan Quéméneur has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO), tasked with driving business transformation, customer engagement, and revenue growth, while also maintaining a strong focus on bringing sustainable solutions to the marketplace.
Agnès Parmentier joins as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will focus on strengthening the company’s talent and culture to support ongoing business expansion.
Alan Quéméneur brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, market expansion, and customer-centric innovation to his new role. As CGO, he will develop and implement growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, drive product innovation, and enhance customer engagement. His expertise will be essential in advancing United Caps’ mission to deliver high-performance caps and closures that support product differentiation and sustainability. Prior to joining United Caps, Alan held key leadership roles at Berry Global and Albea Group. He holds a master’s degree in Plastic Engineering from ISPA Alençon, France, and completed the Strategic Management Program at Aston Business School.
Agnès Parmentier brings over 14 years of experience in HR leadership, global workforce planning, and talent development. Her expertise in optimising HR structures, fostering an inclusive culture, and enhancing employee engagement will be critical in strengthening United Caps’ employer brand and ensuring a future-ready workforce. By prioritising employee well-being, diversity, and professional growth, she will help the company attract and retain top industry talent, further solidifying the company’s position as a global leader.
