StackTeck announces change in leadership
StackTeck Systems Ltd. announced that Michael Gould has been named StackTeck’s new President and CEO effective June 1, 2025. Gould is taking over the position that Vince Travaglini held for the last seven years, prior to his retirement.
Michael Gould has been with StackTeck for eight years and has held the positions of Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Strategic Development & Innovation, and most recently Chief Operating Officer. He brings extensive industry experience and a strong track record in strategic and operational leadership, says StackTeck. His appointment marks a new chapter for the company which continues to focus on advanced injection moulding solutions and global expansion.
Gould commented, “Having had the opportunity to visit many customers leading up to the transition, I am confident that StackTeck’s product development efforts are strategically aligned with our customers’ and the market’s future direction. Our continued investment in manufacturing readiness positions us well to support our customers in delivering multi-mould programs and meeting product launch commitments. Many of these developments will be showcased at our Open House on September 24 and 25, 2025, at our facilities in the Toronto area.”
The Board of Directors have expressed deep appreciation for Travaglini’s contributions and welcome Gould’s vision for the company’s future. It was noted by StackTeck board member Randy Yakimishyn, “Vince’s dedication and hard work have advanced StackTeck’s leadership in the industry. I’ve known Mike for over 39 years and look forward to seeing him expand on the StackTeck legacy – where innovation and collaboration with customers are paramount.”
