Electronic volumetric valve for filling machines

STM Group Hall A5 – Booth 502

Since the last drinktec, STM Group has delivered 32 complete filling lines for water, soft drinks, beer, oil, dairy products, and the fast-growing co-packing sector. At the upcoming exhibition, the company will highlight its latest advances in filling technology.

A key development is the EVV VALVE – an electronic volumetric valve designed for high-precision filling of carbonated beverages. Based on Endress+Hauser’s beverage metering technology and electromagnetic valves, it guarantees virtually zero product loss and ensures consistent filling levels across every container, says the company.

STM will also showcase its ARROW CAN EPV 14/2 ISO, a compact and versatile machine suitable for both bottling and canning of carbonated drinks and beer. Equipped with 14 electro-pneumatic filling valves, a 2-head capper, an integrated oxygen meter, and a CO2 injection system under the lid, it combines accuracy with flexibility to meet the needs of modern beverage producers – from craft to industrial scale. Built with high-quality components from GEA, Alfa Laval, B&R, Hamilton, Bonicomm, Bürkert, Balluff, SICK and SMC, the machine demonstrates STM’s focus on reliability and innovation.
