Rotary screw blowers with Sigma Profile
Kaeser’s CBS series rotary screw blowers have been designed as an efficient and space-saving solution. The SFC version is equipped with an integrated frequency converter and a synchronous reluctance motor. These rotary screw blowers feature an energy-saving drive concept and a compact design, which allows all maintenance work to be performed from the front of the unit. Side-by-side installation is possible even with all electrical equipment.
Variable-speed reciprocating compressor

The i.Comp 8 / 9 from Kaeser incorporates a new drive concept. The roto-moulded PE enclosure houses an oil-free reciprocating compressor powered by a speed-controlled drive motor that adjusts output to meet the actual compressed air demand. With i.Comp Tower T versions, the compressor block, air receiver, refrigeration dryer and Sigma Control 2 controller are all housed together within one complete turnkey package.
Oil-free rotary screw compressors with Sigma Profile
Kaeser’s new CSG series of oil-free compression rotary screw compressors are designed as energy efficient solutions for sensitive processes. The systems combine IE5 efficiency class synchronous reluctance motors with a refined Sigma Profile airend.
The water-cooled CSG with integrated i.HOC compressed air dryer and heat recovery system makes double use of the heat generated during compression – suitable for supporting washing processes and for heating sanitary and process water.
Boosters DN C
This all-in-one system combines sleek design with functionality in a clean, well-organised layout, aimed to ensure an effective cooling airflow and to allow easy access for maintenance. This makes it suitable for hygiene-sensitive production environments, such as PET bottle manufacturing. With the advanced Sigma Control 2 controller, the booster delivers comprehensive monitoring and control capabilities – and is fully compatible with the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 for a seamlessly networked, energy-efficient compressed air supply system.
Pure, dry compressed air with Secotec, the i.DC and the Aquamat i.CF
The energy-efficient Secotec refrigeration dryers and i.DC heatless-regenerated desiccant dryers are expertly designed to complement Kaeser compressors. This results in reliable compressed air drying with maximum efficiency, says Kaeser.
The Aquamat i.CF oil-water separator is designed for efficient condensate treatment. Equipped with the Aquamat Control controller, it allows continuous monitoring of the process, predictable maintenance scheduling, and maintains high levels of cleanliness.
