IMD GROUP acquired MMC Packaging Ltd. from TekniPlex signing on the 31st October 2025
It has long been evident for the IMD GROUP that it needs a strong foothold in North America in order to strengthen its global presence and remain a well-positioned partner worldwide in vision inspection, handling & automation and digital printing of closures and other plastic packaging.
For MMC, conversely, it was clear that they have a growth opportunity outside of the North American market. With IMD GROUP’s strong presence worldwide, MMC is set to unlock new opportunities for international growth.
The shared projects in the past have shown that there is an excellent match between the teams of MMC and IMD GROUP. Furthermore, it significantly broadens IMD GROUP’s product portfolio, unlocking fresh opportunities for new innovation.
