Tirelli has acquired KTF Engineering
Tirelli S.r.l., designer and producer of filling, capping, labelling systems and complete “turnkey” lines for the cosmetics and home and body care industry, has finalised the acquisition of 100% of the shares of KTF Engineering, specialist in the production of net weight filling systems, based in Marmirolo (MN), Italy.
With the acquisition of KTF Engineering Tirelli intends to achieve its industrial goals and the company’s growth strategy to expand its portfolio, integrating it with a technology that meets the needs of precision. As an example, the company refers to the home care sector that requires systems for bottling highly corrosive liquids with sizes ranging from small bottles of several grams up to large, 20 litre tanks and for production speeds up to 300 containers/min.
Today Tirelli has 90 employees and more than 2,800 machines installed in 70 countries.
