Uniloy enters the PET stretch blow market with the purchase of assets from Amsler Equipment
Uniloy Inc., a blow moulding machine and mould technology company serving the global plastics processing industry, announced its purchase of certain assets of the now defunct Amsler Equipment Inc. of Vaughn, Ontario, Canada.
Uniloy, Inc. purchased certain assets from the Receiver and Trustee in the bankruptcy of Niigon Machines, Ltd., who was in possession of the assets abandoned by its tenant Amsler Equipment, Inc. Uniloy intends to provide their service and spare parts to the blow moulding industry for Amsler branded equipment. Customers may now contact Uniloy’s technicians who are experienced in the service of Amsler branded equipment for service or spare parts, the company states.
Uniloy will support all Amsler branded PET stretch blow moulding machines, trimmers, leak testers, and ancillaries. This purchase will also allow Uniloy to further expand its PET moulds offering. All operations for Uniloy PET will be conducted at the Uniloy Headquarters in Tecumseh, Michigan.
To ensure that all Amsler branded equipment is supported, Uniloy enlisted the expertise of former Amsler CEO (2016-2021) Bruce Coxhead, as well as other Amsler technical staff.
