Gerhard Ohler new CEO of Next Generation Recyclingmaschinen GmbH (NGR)
On August 1, 2022, Next Generation Recyclingmaschinen GmbH saw a personnel change at the top management. Gerhard Ohler took over the role as CEO of Next Generation Recyclingmaschinen GmbH (NGR), based in Feldkirchen, succeeding Wolfgang Steinwender, who has held this position since May 2020.
Ohler, a 54-year-old industrial engineer, has many years of international experience in extrusion technology and plastics recycling. Among other positions, he served as General Manager of Krauss Maffei in Shanghai and Managing Director at Greiner Packaging International. Before joining NGR, the native Upper Austrian was responsible for the management of the Greiner Extrusion Group as CEO since 2013. In his private life, Gerhard Ohler is married and has two grown-up children.
