Sipa celebrates Christmas party with a gigantic Christmas tree made from PET bottles
For their internal Christmas party, Sipa’s marketing team surprised their co-workers with a Christmas tree made entirely from PET bottles. The tree reached an impressive height of 3.05m and contained a total of 527 bottles. In a three-day process, the team attached hundreds of 0.75l PET bottles to a wooden frame that had been wrapped with a chain of lights. They then topped the installation with a star made from preforms. Thanks to their transparency, the different shades of blue light from the chain of lights shone through the PET bottles providing the final Christmas sparkle.
