ph. AG acquires ViCAP Global AG
ph. AG has acquired 100% of ViCAP Global AG. With the integration of patented dispenser technology and the continued strategic involvement of ViCAP founder Roger Wilfinger, ph. AG is expanding its footprint in the field of functional beverages and smart packaging solutions.
The transaction was executed through a capital increase by contribution in kind. In exchange for all shares in ViCAP Global AG, the previous owners receive 62,932 new shares in ph. AG. This strategic move merges cutting-edge technology with international scalability under one roof.
ViCAP Global AG is known for its patented ‘Dispenser Sports Cap’ – a closure system that releases active ingredients such as vitamins or caffeine at the moment of consumption. This ensures product stability, freshness, and maximum control for the user.
Roger Wilfinger, founder of ViCAP, will remain with the company as a board member of ph. AG, contributing his technological and entrepreneurial expertise.
