Quality in real time, solutions with vision
Intravis, Hall 11 – Booth A58
INTRAVIS GmbH, known for its inspection systems for the plastic packaging industry, will present its wide variety of inline quality control solutions at this year’s K Show. Together with long-standing partners, four systems will be demonstrated live. In addition, at the INTRAVIS booth, visitors can get a comprehensive overview of current developments in quality inspection and data analysis.
IML Medical at Arburg
A special exhibit is presented in cooperation with Arburg, featuring an IMLWatcher as part of a medical application in which an in-mould label is precisely applied to a tube. This application demonstrates how IML technology can unlock new potential in the medical sector through RFID integration, improved traceability, and compact, hygienic production environments. The project is the result of a close technology partnership between five IML pioneers: ARBURG, BECK, INTRAVIS, KEBO, and MCC/Verstraete. Each partner contributes its expertise – from injection moulding and automation to labelling and vision inspection – to deliver a robust, efficient, and future-ready solution for the medical and pharmaceutical industries. IMLWatcher at Star Automation
At the Star Automation booth, INTRAVIS presents another IMLWatcher equipped with five cameras for inspecting side and bottom labels. In addition to detecting common defects such as artwork shifts or blow-byes, the system also identifies colour deviations and print errors. Notable software features include a long-term image memory, reject rate monitoring by cavity and inspection criteria, and extended statistics on the user interface – enabling data-driven process optimisation. Compact print inspection at Tampoprint
Another exhibit is the CapWatcher SC at Tampoprint, which uses a single camera to inspect prints on closures. The system is focused on straightforward applications and demonstrates how compact and cost-effective solutions can contribute to quality assurance. (Tampoprint Hall 4, Booth A55)

Live at SIPA: High-volume preform monitoring in action
A proven highlight is the PreMon, which customers can also see at this year’s drinktec. This high-volume preform monitoring solution is positioned directly after the injection moulding process to reliably detect key quality deviations such as contamination, discolouration, or geometric defects. Thanks to its compact design and active conveying, the system is easy to integrate into production lines and provides valuable data for real-time feedback on production quality, states INTRAVIS. Compact solutions and smart data analysis at the own booth
Visitors to INTRAVIS’ own booth (Hall 11, Booth A58) can explore the full product portfolio in detail. A particular focus lies on the CapWatcher Compact, a space-efficient closure inspection system that combines sorting, feeding, and inspection into one unit. With a footprint of just 2.4 m², it is claimed to be ideal for production environments with limited space. INTRAVIS also presents the IntraVisualizer – a software solution for centralised analysis and visualisation of quality data. Whether for trend monitoring, deviation analysis, or optimising maintenance intervals, the IntraVisualizer supports data-driven decision-making and boosts efficiency across the entire production process.
