For most PET converters, the overall market is growing whereas average bottle quantities per contract are getting smaller. This means a variety of different orders have to be produced within the same time frame, for example to include different neck types. To meet such demanding circumstances, increased flexibility is the only way forward.
1 Blow PET blow-moulding machines perfectly meet the demands of this changing market with preferential heating, neck orientation, Hot Fill, deep grip which can be installed on new as well as on existing machines (as upgrades). In other words, the machine’s investment is perfectly in accordance with the market’s expectations. The 1 Blow range is being continually expanded with the 2XLS and 4XLS types, allowing bottles of 5 litres and 1 gallon to be produced. All types of existing moulds are interchangeable.
