Intravis presents system highlights
Chinaplas, Intravis, Hall 2 Booth J30 IntravisGmbH, a market leading manufacturer of vision inspection systems for the plastic packaging industry, is proud to announce its participation at this year’s Chinaplas. The highlight of the booth will be the new IntraOne smart camera solution, which will have its premiere at an Asian trade fair. Intraviswill also showcase its PrintWatcher at a partner booth.
“It is our most important goal to demonstrate to our Chinese customers that Intravis is an absolutely reliable partner,” says Gerd Fuhrmann, CEO of Intravis GmbH. “We have developed a broad customer base and have a lot of systems in the field since the foundation of our daughter company in Shanghai – reason enough for regular attendance at the Chinaplas show.”
The highlight at the Intravis booth will be the premiere of the new IntraOne smart camera solution at an Asian trade fair. This single camera system can be used for the inspection of closures, preforms, bottles and containers as well as for decorations and labels. This system is unique in that it comes with purpose-dedicated, ready-to-use software like on Intravis’ full scale systems. Therefore, the customer does not need a vision expert and an extended learning curve to become successful with the technology, like with traditional smart cameras.
Collaborating with its long-term partner Guangzhou Wutung Engineering Co., Ltd., Intravis will be showcasing even more of its high end technology. At the Wutung booth (4.1J21) a PrintWatcher will display Intravis’ broad range of vision inspection systems for printed and decorated objects. The system is integrated within a printing machine and provides a 360° inspection of the entire body of transparent bottles, using a single integrated line scan camera. As another highlight, Intravis’ proprietary vision inspection software IntraVision is presented, of course, with a user interface in the Chinese language.

We are very optimistic that our PrintWatcher will even exceed their expectations.”
During the show, the Chinese-speaking team of Intravis’ Chinese daughter company will introduce the products and services to the visitors. Additionally, team members from the German headquarters sales team will be present for customer support. At both the Intravis booth (2J30) and the Wutung booth (4.1J21), the international team will provide comprehensive demonstrations and presentations of the technology.
