PackSys Global – Putting strengths together
The individual companies have been on the market since 1969 and the drive for their entrepreneurial development was and is the passion for mechanical engineering. High-performance products and know-how have established the reputations of Combitool AG, Texa AG, Madag Printing Systems AG and PackSys Global AG.
2021 is a year of change. The companies Combitool AG, Texa AG and Madag Printing Systems AG have merged or will merge together into PackSys Global AG. The goal is to create a stronger force and focus on the continuity of their strengths. With the right know-how and proven competence, PackSys Global is ready for its customers and interested parties. The complete merger process of all companies will be completed by August 1st, 2021. The organisational prerequisites have already been created to operate in the markets with the new structure.

The high performance of the products as well as a comprehensive, professional and competent exchange with partners, whether it is about a machine, complete line or service, is part of PackSys DNA. This DNA corresponds to the typical Swiss values that come naturally thousand for which PackSys stand: Innovative strength, quality consciousness, loyalty and reliability. No matter where in the world the systems are used.
One company, one team
In order to best take advantage of the benefits of the merged companies, the management structure was reorganised from April 1st 2021 with flat and agile hierarchies under the leadership of Beat Rupp as CEO and Angela Strigl as CFO for quick and goal-oriented decisions. The company is newly organised in four divisions: Premium Cosmetics, Health and Pharma, Beverage and Specialties and Customer Service. This allows us to meet the changing market needs in the future and reflects the consistent industry orientation of PackSys Global. Beat Rupp: “We decided to consistently optimise our organisational structures and processes to the needs of the customers in order to be able to give them the optimal answers to their questions at any time in the dynamically changing market environment.”
