RPC Group acquires PET Power B.V.
On the back of continued investment and growth in the PET sector through its M&H UK and USA facilities, RPC is pleased to announce the further underpinning of its commitment to the sector through the acquisition of PET Power B.V.
Bringing together these two European players on the market, allows RPC to underpin its comprehensive program of PET narrow-mouth and wide-mouth containers for the Health, Personal Care and Food market sectors. Each company has a history of developing both standard and custom ranges and the combined offering is now available across the global platform. This allows customers to select products from three global locations, safe in the knowledge that they are able to have similar standards and service.
The wide-mouth and narrow-neck program from PET Power underpins a broad range of narrow-neck standards from M&H. Together they offer over 2500 standard moulds and preform options, as well as a similar range of custom products. Equally, the platforms now on offer cater for very small to very large demand, allowing customers an unparalleled choice.
