Cold Jet GmbH moves to a new ‘Technology Center of Excellence’
Cold Jet, producer of dry ice cleaning and production system solutions, moved into its new technology center in Weinsheim, Germany. The new 640m² building is constructed on a space of 3,000m². The building is designed for future expansion by the possibility of adding more modules. The new office houses sales, service, training, marketing and administration for the regions of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, allowing for more synergy.
Individual inquiries and services can now be implemented faster and more flexibly. Extensive training opportunities will be possible in the new building, as well as presenting more equipment in the future, including the Combi 120H and a pelletiser 120H for dry ice production.
“The move was necessary, as the old office no longer offered enough space due to the positive business development of Cold Jet GmbH,” said Dietmar Juchmes, General Manager of Cold Jet in Germany. “The new technology center of excellence offers much more space, and the conference and training rooms allow trainings and seminar activities to be organised directly onsite. We also now have additional capacity for future expansion.
In the new competence center, solutions for process optimisation will be established together with customers and partners. “We are going to set up a demonstration room in the near future where customer samples can be tested and cleaned,” said Juchmes. “We also plan to implement an integrated system, the Combi 120H and a pelletiser 120H. This enables our customers to experience dry ice production and an automated dry ice cleaning system live, on site.”
