Iacopo Bianconcini, Marketing Manager at Italian packaging machine manufacturer, Sacmi

Mr Iacopo Bianconcini joined Sacmi Group in Imola, Italy, 18 years ago. He graduated in Management Engineering at  Greenwich University in London and Master Educated in Key Account Management and Marketing at SDA Bocconi of Milan and Columbia University of NY. As a Manager in Sacmi Imola Headquarter, he is directly responsible for worldwide Marketing and Business Development activities within the Closures & Containers Division.

His former experience as Sales Area Manager and Key Account Manager within the Closures & Containers Division is a valuable and helpful background for his present role.

Andreas Brem, Group Technical Sales Director Beverage and Food, Bericap

Andreas Brem started his plastic packaging career about 10 years ago where he worked for Aptar as Director Custom Development Closures beauty+home Europe. In 2018 Andreas decided to join Bericap, where in his current global position as Group Technical Sales Director Beverage and Food, Andreas works in a close contact with the leading companies of the beverage industry. Andreas holds a mechanical engineer degree, and supported several packaging expert groups, like Material Strategy Task Force, Injection Machine and Mold Expert Group, Elastomeric Flow Control Expert team and Additive manufacturing Global Expert Group during the last 10 years. Andreas is an actively member of several committees and beverage dedicated workgroups like  German DIN, Cetie, CEN and isbt.

David Chalmers, Operations Manager Packaging Services Division, Coca-Cola Amatil

David Chalmers joined Amatil in 2011 and has held various Supply Chain Roles (FutureWorks Primary Packaging Manager, Manufacturing Manager PSD, Commercial Technical Manager). Before joining Amatil, he was the Packaging Services Manager for VIP Packaging, focusing on Service, Sales and managing the Packaging team out of NSW. David has spoken at many Global conferences on Closure design, application and more recently on rPET usage and technology. He was promoted to the role of Operations Manager in August 2016. Prior to this, David was Commercial Technical Manager. David has a Mechanical trade before branching into Electrical, Engineering, Sales and Business.
