  • 1956 – founded by Clyde Fogg
  • 1974 – aquired by Clyde Fogg‘s sons Mike and Jon Fogg – transition from rebuilding old machines into designing of new filling systems
  • 2000 – Mike Fogg leads company to the Extended Shelf Life (ESL) industry focusing efforts on clean, efficient filling for hot and cold applications
  • 2008 – Ben Fogg is the new owner, continuing the family business for the third genearation
