Company Profile

Aloxe is a high-quality recycled plastic supplier of high quality and high volumes. The company primarily supplies recycled polyethylene terephthalate or rPET pellets suitable for food contact applications to the plastic packaging industry. The company understands that raw material varies in quality and has expert skill and knowledge in plastic production and the promotion of quality of standardized products.

The founders, Arnaud Piroëlle and Clément Lefebvre, recognized the unstoppable development of the recycled plastics and the importance of it's quality and to keep it consistent, as well as the ability to supply large quantities and consequently founded Aloxe in 2020.

Aloxe relies on mechanical recycling technology. Controlling the quality of the input (the post-consumer recycled PET flakes) the production steps (sorting, extrusion and polycondensation) and the quality of the pellets produced (physical properties and contaminants), enables the company to consistently meet client specifications.

Aloxe produces recycled PET pellets for food grade packaging, such as beverage bottles, trays and food containers. The intrinsic viscosity of the company's products is between 0.74 and 0.82dL/g. The colours available in food grade are light blue, clear, and green. For fibres and other applications, the colours available are black and light colours.

The produced recycled PET (rPET) pellets are suitable for the following applications: injection blow moulding for bottles, thermoforming for trays, injection and/or blow moulding for cosmetic containers, filament and fibres for the synthetic textiles industry and injection of plastic objects.

Head office is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with another office in Paris, France. Production sites are located in Nancy (France), Gdynia (Poland), Presenzano (Italy).
