The company operates two facilities in Dehradun, India:

  • High-end production
    • Area: 80.000 sq. ft.
    • Capacity: over 1 million containers/day

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art single stage ASB machines that ensure contamination free automated production, conforming to global standards.

The finished products are packed in a Clean Room (Class 10,000) under stringent supervision of a quality control team. The single automated process ensures zero contamination. High pressure air produced from non-lubricated water-cooled compressor for acquiring contamination free finished products. The facility is equipped with its own uninterrupted power backup ensuring smooth functioning of critical operations, minimizing wastage and meeting delivery schedules.
