  • 1967 - founded by Robert Morris with one injection molding machine under the name "Imperial Plastics", producing some of the earliest production of plaastic aerosol caps in the US
  • 1972 - moved to a former cigar factory to meet increasing demand and to expand plastic manufacturing capabilities for the container market
  • 1987 - name changed to Berry
  • 2012 - sharing Berrry success with investors
