Company Profile

International Process Plants - IPP manages and executes the entire process of selling process plants and equipment to end users, allowing the previous owner to focus on their business and not on selling parts/pieces, and managing the process of removing these assets. IPP ensures that the plant‘s removal is completed in such a way that it minimized impact to the seller‘s ongoing operations on site as necessary.

IPP buys and sells complete idled process plants, including the real estate, complete production systems, buildings and intellectual property in place or location.

Additionally International Process Plants buys and sells individual process lines when only a portion of the plant becomes available for sale, or the real estate is not available. IPP offers the line as a complete unit for relocation.

Another part of the company's business is the purchase and resale of individual pieces of process equipment that were either surplus to ongoing operations, or liquidation of equipment from IPP‘s complete plants. The equipment is offered to customers at a significant savings versus new and with immediate delivery.

The company manages and executes „turn-key“ relocation and dismantling/demolition projects for clients worldwide. The capabilities include working within active plants as well as during complete plant closures and experience in assuming environmental remediation responsibilities in certain plant real estate transactions.

IPP is primarily a buyer not a broker of plants and equipment on a worldwide basis and has a 40+ year reputation.
