- 1988 - purchased an 180,000 sq. ft. Building in 128 acres of industrial property in Hatfield, PA
- 1990 – acquired East Coast Labs of New Brunswick to open up the entire plastics industry for Penn Color
- 1991 – purchased Custom Chemicals
- 1999 – new water based manufacturing and product development operation in Venray, Netherlands
- 2000 – new 230,000 sq. Ft. Manufacturing complex in Dolystown, which is now the world headquarter of Penn Color
- 2002 – acquired Infinity Color in Ringgold
- 2007 – joint venture with Asha Color in Mumbai, India
- 2008 – purchased and renovated a 100,000 square foot building in Ringgold and moved Infinity Colors‘ operation to this locations
