  • 1939 – founded as Resibel (Belgium) producing bakelite products
  • 1960 – Resibel (Belgium) starts producing plastic closure solutions for mainly non food related market applications
  • 1982 - Resibel (Belgium) & Delatour (France) start up a joint cooperation in plastic caps & closure systems
  • 1992 – joint venture (Resibel-Delatour) launches Wincap, Luxembourg
  • 1998 - acquisition of Domingo Pascual Carbo (DPC) in Spain (50%)
  • 2001 - joint venture launches Winplant, Hungary
  • 2003 - PROCAP Group (PROCAP Luxembourg S.A.) is introduced
  • 2004 - acquisition of Domingo Pascual Carbo (DPC) in Spain is complete (100%)
  • 2009 - PROCAP acquires Elocap Luxembourg
    • PROCAP CP is introduced
  • 2011 - PROCAP acquires MacFarlane in Ireland
    • PROCAP Wicklow (today: Greystones) LTD is introduced
  • 2013 - PROCAP acquires Schöeller Cap Systems (SCS) in Germany
