LEO Precision Products was established in 2010 to provide reliable and productive PET/PP hot runner moulds at an economical reach for the moulding industry.
The company is equipped with a modern design and development facility, quality machine tools, and inspection equipment to provide consistent performance for their customer requirements at very competitive price.
The company serves a multiple industry segments – mainly beverages, packaged water, liquor, edible oil, lubricants , pharmaceutical, cosmetics and confectioneries.
LEO manufactures Preform Moulds from 1 to 48 cavities with weights from 9 to 1200 g and neck sizes up to 150 mm and Single Stage Moulds ranging from 1 to 24 cavities. Conversion kits are produced for Husky/MHT moulds and others to convert to new weight, neck and preform designs. This can be done up to 96 cavities.
The company has setup a design studio which is equipped with advanced software. Preforms are designed on the latest updated CAD/CAM software to provide optimum design to the customers. LEOPP's customer support helps with the commissioning of moulds and offers an extensive technical support with a team of engineers.
LEO Moulds is led by Mr. Senthil Kumar with over 21 years of experience in PET/PP mould manufacturing and in-depth knowledge in tool room with focus on quality investments on equipment for consistent quality Products.
