Dehumidifiying

When the surface temperature of an object sinks below the dew point of the ambient air, condensation builds on this object. Blue Air Systems’ DMS Dry Mould System create a dry climate around the mould.

Cooling

The mould only removes heat from the outside surface of the container causes material stress and extended cooling time in the mould. Blue Air Systems’ Blow Air Cooling units replace the regular blowing air with chilled compressed air inside the container during the blowing process. As a result the heat is removed also from the inner surface of the container reducing material stress and cutting cooling time up to 50 %

  • CAC Compressed Air Chiller
    • Process Air volume from 120 to 540 Nm³/h at -35°C compressed process air. The Compressed Air Chiller replaces the regular blowing air with chilled compressed air (- 35 °C) inside the container during the blowing process.

Drying

Humidity absorbed by resin or found on the surface of pellets causes troubles during production e.g. processing failure, surface defects or loss of mechanical properties. Blue Air Systems’ resin dryers use pre-dried air from the compressed air available on site network for the drying process which guarantees excellent results at a very low compressed air consumption.

    • For throughputs up to 1.000 g/h. The MICRO Compressed Air Resin Dryer RDM (hopper size between 0,5 und 3 liters) is especially suitable for small material throughputs.
