Founded by Chandur Changrani, Vivek Changrani and Giresh Wadhwani, Shad Polymers is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is specialized in trading, distribution, logistics, manufacturing of masterbatch, Calcium Carbonate and global mercantile trading.

The group owns seven warehouses in Lagos Nigeria, three in Kano Nigeria with fast track clearing with Maersk, a global trading hub in Dubai and Sri Lanka through its local Sri Lankan company CVG Resins & Polymers Private Limited.

The company is one of the largest Polymers trading houses in West Africa and has local distribution networks in Ethiopia & Ghana.
