* 1992 – joint venture (Resibel-Delatour) launches Wincap, Luxembourg

* 1998 - acquisition of Domingo Pascual Carbo (DPC) in Spain (50%)

* 2001 - joint venture launches Winplant, Hungary

* 2003 - PROCAP Group (PROCAP Luxembourg S.A.) is introduced
