The Advanced Recycling Conference (ARC) takes place in Cologne at the Maternushaus within sight of Cologne Cathedral. In short, this conference offers everything you need to know about advanced recycling technologies and renewable chemicals, building blocks, monomers, and polymers based on recycling. A unique concept, presenting all advanced recycling solutions and related topics at one event, guarantees a comprehensive and exciting conference experience, including technologies such as extrusion, dissolution, solvolysis, enzymolysis, pyrolysis, thermal depolymerization, gasification, and combustion with carbon capture and utilization (CCU).
The ambitious recycling targets set by the EU, commitments of the chemical industry and brands, and the demands of customers are putting enormous evolutionary pressure on the entire recycling sector. Non-recycled waste on the one hand and the demand and search for renewable raw materials for chemicals and materials on the other are leading to discussions about which technologies are best suited to which waste streams and how the environmental impact should be assessed.
