Company Profile
In 1965 Dalgakiran was founded by Ömer Dalgakiran in Karaköy (Istanbul), Turkey. Today the company is the greatest manufacturer and importer of industrial compressors in Turkey and produces in Istanbul Sanketepe at three integrated plants on a closed area of 27,000 sqm.
The company exports 70% of it‘s production and their compressors are used in over 100 countries world-wide. Dalgakiran has branches in Russia, Ukraine and Germany and has more than 70 dealerships with sales and distribution channels in different locations.

- 1965 – established by Ömer Dalgakiran in Karaköy (Istanbul)
- 1969 - production of piston compressors started
- 1979 – company moved to Topkapi
- 1982 – expanded product range of single and double stage low and high pressure
reciprocating compressors
- 1988 – second facility in Imes Sanayi Tesisleri Sitesi
- 1991 – entire production moved to Imes Sanayi Tesisleri Sitesi with an increased area of 2,500 sqm
- 1998 – new factory was established in Sancaktepe with an area of 6,000 sqm
- production of low pressure compressors for the cement industry started
- 2000 – accelerated production of screw and reciprocating compressors
- production of booster compressors for PET bottle industry started
- 2002 – ZAO Dalgakiran Russia was founded in russian region
- 2004 – Hertz Compressoren GmbH established in Germany
- 2005 – LLC Dalgakiran Ukraine established in Ukraine
- 2007 – R&D department expanded
- production of oil free scew type air compressors started
- 2008 – production area increased to 27,000 sqm
- 2010 – production of portable screw type and three-stage high pressure compressors started
