Manjushree is a leading Rigid plastics packaging convertor in India and South Asia that was established in 1983. The PET ackaging business started in 1994. The company has large capacity in the segments blow molding and PET preforms and their production facilities spread across 104000 sq.m in two manufacturing plants. The company offers 400 stock designs in various shapes and sizes. Manjushree will also help to design and customise packaging solutions. Annual turnover is about 80 million Dollars and the the exports over 15% of annual turnover. Manjushree has strong relationships with all leading FMCG and Food Companies.

History
- 1983 - flexible packaging unit installed in Guwahati, Assam
- 1996 - Bangalore PET plant commences production, Manjushree goes with its IPO to the market
- 1997 - Mr. Vimal Kedia gets the National Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship from the president of India, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma
- 2003 - introduced in India, Multilayer Barrier and Hot Fillable PET Technology
- 2007 - expansion into PET preforms is envisaged, goes to the public with an FPO and lists on the BSE/NSE successfully
- 2008 - 25 years anniversary
- 2009 - wins 2 World Star Awards, the highest recognition for Packaging Excellence
- 2010 - becomes India's largest PET Preforms and Bottles manufacturer
- 2011 - unveils VISION 2020 Commissions 3.4MW Wind Power Plant
- 2012 - begins construction of India's first LEED Gold Certified Green Factory at Bidadi
- 2013 - completes 30 years Commercial production of Preforms starts at Bidadi plant
- 2015 - Production capacity increased to 80,000MTPA Commissions Collation Shrink Film Plant to meet the future market demands
